Dear Reader,
While I don’t feel like there’s much to write about this week, I’m doing my best to stay consistent with creating blog posts to keep you informed, and so that I’d log my life – for historical preservation.

It’s been a week since Milo has passed away, and it’s been painful at times to think of her no longer being around. Despite the fact that we have not had her in our care for nearly five years, she still meant a lot to us. The family that took care of her for the last few years made a tile gravestone of sorts to honor her life. The photo captures Milo’s spirit pretty spot on. She was loved by many, and will surely be missed.
Another week has come and gone with my foot therapy. I’m nearing the end of the casting process, but it just feels like it’s dragging on and on. I have to open sores on the bottom of my feet, and now, the sores are almost closed.
I’ve been seeing a doctor for just about the last two years, and it’s been a complete roller coaster of ups and downs trying to get my foot under control. I am thankful that we’ve had insurance the whole time. Otherwise, who knows what would’ve happened to my feet. I am grateful for the resources that are available to me to help me get back on my feet. No pun intended.
That’s all I got for now. If you have questions about anything I’ve talked about, hit me up on social media. I’m doing my best to provide updates about what’s going on with my life, but I don’t always cover what you may call the bullet points.
Until next time, take care.
